What can you do to keep your mind off things?
Keep a daily diary of your pain each day:
Record it!
Do things you like!
Maybe Shop, talk to friends or family, ride a bike, anything you like to do, or want to do to keep your mind off things!
Eat, a healthy diet!
Have a diet, eat healthy food, and keep your mind off things.
Sleep!
It may have been hard to sleep, so to help the pain, try to sleep! Get at least 8-10 hours of sleep.
Be social!
Be social with friends and family, have a good time, and youll forget about the pain!
Exercise!
Go on a walk or bike ride (above) play a sport, take a walk at the park! Maybe sign up at a gym!
